What to Expect in a Session
When you book a session with me, you're embarking on a sacred journey to connect with the wisest, most loving aspect of yourself. Each reading is unique, just as each soul's journey is unique, but here's what you can generally expect during our time together:
1. Sacred Space Creation.
Every session begins with a brief centering process where I create a protected sacred space for our work together. This includes specific energetic protocols to ensure that only beings of light and the highest vibration are present during our communication. Your spiritual safety is my highest priority
2. Meeting Your Higher Self.
For first-time clients, we'll begin with a formal introduction to your Higher Self. This is often a profound and moving experience as you connect with this magnificent aspect of your consciousness. Your Higher Self will typically share its name and sometimes specific characteristics that help you recognize its unique energy signature.
In my experience, Higher Selves are typically very excited to make this connection and quite eager to communicate! Many clients describe feeling a sense of recognition, as if reuniting with a beloved old friend.
3. General Overview.
Your Higher Self will usually begin with a general overview of your current life situation from its higher perspective. This often includes insights about:
* Your soul's purpose and current life lessons
* Energetic patterns influencing your present circumstances
* Recognition of your strengths and growth opportunities
* Validation of your intuitive knowings
* Perspective on your spiritual journey
This overview provides context for the more specific questions you may have and often reveals important aspects of your situation that you might not have considered.
4. Addressing Your Specific Questions.
We'll then move to your specific areas of interest and questions. Using a combination of tarot cards and pendulum dowsing, I'll help facilitate clear communication between you and your Higher Self.
The tarot cards provide a visual framework and highlight key energies and themes, while the pendulum allows for detailed, specific messages to come through—often in complete sentences and paragraphs rather than simple yes/no responses.
I encourage you to come prepared with questions that matter most to you. The more specific your questions, the more detailed the guidance can be. However, don't worry if you're not sure what to ask—your Higher Self often knows what you need to hear and will guide the conversation accordingly.
5. Practical Guidance and Next Steps
Your Higher Self doesn't just offer philosophical perspectives—it provides practical guidance for navigating your earthly journey. Our sessions typically include clear suggestions for next steps, practices, or shifts in perspective that can help you align more fully with your highest path.
6. Documentation.
During our conversation, I'll text or email you images of the tarot card layouts if you desire. This provides a visual reference that you can reflect on after our session. I recommend taking your own notes as well, as the information that comes through is often rich and multifaceted.
7. Integration Support.
At the end of our session, I'll offer suggestions for integrating the wisdom you've received and maintaining your connection with your Higher Self in daily life. Many clients find that after an initial session, they become more attuned to the subtle ways their Higher Self communicates with them naturally.

All sessions are conducted by phone, allowing you to be in the comfort of your own space while we work together. This also enables me to serve clients globally, regardless of location.

* Find a quiet, private space - Arrange to be in a location where you won't be interrupted during our call. Turn off notifications on devices. Privacy creates a container for deeper sharing and receiving.
* Hydrate well - Drink plenty of water before our session, as proper hydration helps conduct subtle energies.
* Set your intention - Take a few moments before our call to center yourself and set an intention for what you hope to receive from the session.
* Have a notebook ready - Prepare to take notes during our conversation, as the information that comes through is often rich and multifaceted.
* Come with an open mind - The guidance that emerges may surprise you or challenge existing beliefs. Approaching with openness allows for the deepest insights.
Following Your Session
* Review your notes within 24-48 hours to integrate the information
